Fellows Program

Through its Fellows Program, American Leadership Forum brings together demonstrated leaders to explore processes of collaborative leadership that can strengthen their capacity to address public issues in Silicon Valley. Each year, a new class of up to 25 Fellows joins ALF. Classes are comprised of leaders from multiple sectors with various backgrounds and interests. The program centers on the premise that good leadership requires a sense of civic responsibility, a positive vision, and the ability to foster a climate of trust and open dialogue among diverse constituencies, along with collaborative problem-solving skills.

Through completion of the Fellows Program, participants become part of a dynamic leadership network. This network is bound together by a shared belief that networked servant leaders have the obligation and ability to cultivate Silicon Valley's capacity for positive change.
