Reviving CA Prop. 13 Conversation

Reviving California hosts a conversation with Stephen Levy, Director and Senior Economist of the Center for Continuing Study of the California Economy (CCSCE)    and ALF Senior Fellow Russell Hancock, President & CEO of Joint Venture: Silicon Valley Network, on the topic of California Proposition 13.
