Her global work now focuses on developing leaders as Warriors for the Human Spirit. These leaders put service over self\, stand steadfast through crises and failures\, and make a difference for the people and causes they care about. She is author of twelve books and dozens of articles. She has her doctorate from Harvard (1979) in Organizational Planning and Social Policy\, and an M.A. from NYU on the impact of technologies on cultures.
