DESCRIPTION:Latino/a/x Senior Fellows and Fellows are coming together to build relationships\, support each other’s leadership\, and explore how they can collectively address issues of concern to them and their communities. \nRacial caucuses can provide “opportunities for those who share a common identity to meet separately to gather\, connect\, and learn.”  Often\, “caucusing can be a valuable component of an organization’s broader racial justice and equity and inclusion efforts\,” including time in separate caucuses and time together in multi-racial community. (JustLead Washington\, Caucuses as a Racial Justice Strategy). \nALF is continuing and deepening the work of bringing people together to build understanding and relationships across differences. \nIf you are interested in joining the AAPI\, Black\, or Latino/a/x group or creating another group\, please contact akemi@alfsv.org.  Please contact jenny@alfsv.org to join the White Leaders Learning Circle that has been meeting monthly since July.
