We are in the midst right now of a pandemic and subsequent response that is unprecedented in our country’s history. Many of you are right on the front lines ensuring that those in need receive critical support and services. Others of us are doing what we can through social isolating and working remotely in order to slow the spread of Covid-19.
ALF SV knows that now more than ever is a time for leadership that is empathetic, responsive, calm and flexible. We want to support you and your leadership at this time, as well as your need to connect to others facing similar struggles.
To that end ALF SV will be offering weekly virtual check-in opportunities to members of the ALF SV network, facilitated by Chief Impact Officer Jenny Niklaus. Each call will last for 30-60 minutes (depending on the size of the group) and include silence, mindful breathing and check-in.
