Erica also reminds us that as Senior Fellows, our nominations to the ALF Fellows Program are accepted year-round and are an essential part of shaping the unique character of our network and each incoming cohort.
Erica also invites every Senior Fellow in our network to connect with her, acknowledging that feedback—positive or critical—is always welcome and valued at ALF. She stressed that there are no off-limits topics and invites suggestions for improving the ALF Silicon Valley experience.
