Dialogue 2.0

For 40 years, American Leadership Forum has explored cutting-edge dialogue practices in its Fellows Program experience.

Through dialogue, we can bring out people’s untapped wisdom and develop collective insights. Dialogue happens when people become willing to suspend their certainty in each other’s presence.

The Fellows circle is an ideal place to practice dialogue principles. We’re encouraged to take risks, try new roles, make mistakes and evolve. Ultimately, our hope is that you take what you’ve learned and apply it in day to day interactions. While others may or may not be practicing these principles, your example can shift the energy and significantly elevate outcomes.
