Pausing + Resting: How to Best Take Advantage of Time Away
Our intent is to build from our rituals and reflections session into looking at the spectrum of activities that offer spaces of pause, rest and reset.
- What are the micro-activities that you engage in that allow for reset and reconnection to the self?
- How do you ground into your time away? A day, a weekend, a week or a sabbatical?
- How do you stay grounded into your authenticity as a leader and how can you utilize “breaks” to support your personal integration?
- What are you hoping to create for yourself as a women/femme leader at this moment in time?
