ALF National Presents: Love as a Business Strategy

In 2015, when a toxic culture almost bankrupted their company, Softway’s leadership team—including Love as a Business Strategy authors Mohammad Anwar (CEO), Chris Pitre (VP), and Frank Danna and Jeff Ma (Directors)—vowed to bring humanity back to the workplace. Through trial, error, and determination, they rebuilt their organization around their greatest asset: people.
Broken out into three distinct sections, the authors of the book ‘Love As A Business Strategy‘ will cover the dramatic effect ‘love’ had on their business, strategy, and people. As business professionals and practitioners, Mohammad, Chris, Jeff and Frank will make a compelling case for why ‘love’ should be part of every business strategy, and how it could even become your competitive advantage.
