Creating a Multi-Racial Community of Care, Accountability, & Solidarity
Senior Fellows who identify as people of color are invited to join to:

-Build solidarity to rebalance power and create a culture that values everyone’s humanity

In this retreat, we will:
- Explore how we will come together following the election to build our multiracial democracy
- Reflect on the powerful solidarity and painful divisions we experienced during the election season and share insights to move us forward together
- Celebrate and heal through cultural arts and traditions
This is the sixth session in The Power of We series.

- Rosanna Alvarez, award-winning author and interdisciplinary storyteller, will lead a workshop of cultural arts celebration and healing
Embodied Leadership: Celebrating the Cultural Current of Rhythm, Roots, and Play.
Rosanna Alvarez will lead a workshop guiding leaders through movement, rhythm, and cultural connection, fostering a grounded, embodied approach to leadership that centers holistic understanding and authentic engagement.
Rosanna Alvarez is a seasoned facilitator and cultural advocate specializing in creative activation, storytelling, and healing-centered engagement strategies. She blends leadership, community care, and cultural roots to help participants build a deeper connection with themselves and their communities.
