ALF Board Video Spotlight: Mica Mayo

In the second installment of a new video series featuring our ALF Silicon Valley board members, Class XLII Senior Fellow Mica Mayo reflects on a transformative session she shared with her cohort at 1440 Multiversity. She emphasizes the importance of community and vulnerability in those early discussions.

Mica also highlights her connection with Senior Fellow Andre Chapman (Class XXIII), who is dedicated to supporting youth aging out of foster care through the nonprofit organization Fostering Promise. Inspired by the organization’s mission, Mica has joined the board to contribute to this initiative. She expresses gratitude for the relationships and opportunities that ALF has provided, underscoring the impact of shared passions and the collaborative spirit fostered within the organization.
