Be the Catalyst for a New Era of Leadership in Silicon Valley
Updated 07-18-25
American Leadership Forum Silicon Valley is more than a leadership development organization — it is one the region’s most impactful cross-sector network of Bay Area executives. Its transformative Fellows Program convenes high level leaders and executives from business, government, and nonprofit/religious organizations from across the political and ideological spectrum. During this unique 12-month program, leaders explore their personal motivations and hone their leadership skills, while building enduring relationships that benefit personal growth, professional success, and often shape solutions for the region’s most difficult challenges.
The Board of Directors of ALF Silicon Valley seeks a charismatic and visionary leader to serve as the next CEO — a storyteller, fundraiser, strategist, and evangelist who effortlessly navigates elite public and private sector spaces, identify the abundant opportunities available for ALF Silicon Valley’s growth, and reimagine its approaches while honoring its legacy of welcoming diverse perspectives. The new CEO will lead efforts to identify, unite, and inspire the next generation of executives in ways to create an impactful, diverse, and trusted community.
