Class XLV cohort begin their ALF journey

On April 10, the newest Fellows cohort gathered at Miramar Farms in Half Moon Bay for the official start of their year-long Fellows Program journey.

In these first few sessions, this carefully curated group of senior leaders from throughout the region will launch into the ALF curriculum by engaging in exercises centered on mindfulness, meditation, self-reflection, and sharing personal stories.

For over thirty years, ALF has carefully curated a diverse cross-sector cohort of senior leaders for an intense one-of-a-kind leadership development experience.

Please join us in welcoming the members of Class XLV to the 2025-2026 ALF Fellows Program!
