The Fellows from Class XLV completed their final session for 2025 in mid-November, ticking just past the halfway mark in their full 12-month curriculum. This recent gathering was hosted at PWC’s San Francisco office, providing a perfect environment for the Design/Innovation session facilitated by ALF Silicon Valley’s Chief Facilitation Officer, Jenny Niklaus.
Jenny guided the Fellows through a program integrating short, creative, energy-building exercises with longer, deep explorations of how to build small solutions that combine to allow the Fellows to have an impact for the common good. Through Jenny’s facilitation, the class enjoyed playful exercises and had deep conversations about the change they would like to create together.
The group closed with a discussion focused on the importance of their shared experience in the ALF Fellows Program. Here, the focus was on building their bond as a class and being a support system for each other.
The members of Class XLV now break for the month of December, reconvening in early January with just a handful of sessions remaining before their April end date.
