Fellows Class XLV Update

For their September session, the Fellows of Class XLV gathered in Palo Alto with guest facilitator and Senior Fellow Christie Hardwick (Class XIV), author of Radical Self-Tenderness: How Nurturing Your Own Soul Can Help Heal the World.

In this session, titled Trading Up Our Leadership Contexts, the Fellows explored “contexts” or mental models that influence their behavior and outcomes. They shared and received peer feedback on “trading up” to more effectively express their leadership in pursuit of personal and professional goals.

Stay tuned for more updates from Class XLV as the group enters the halfway point in their year-long curriculum calendar!
