American Leadership Forum Silicon Valley is pleased to announce that ALF Senior Fellow Tina Brown (Class XLIII), President and Co-Founder, Vector Holding Group, has joined the ALF board of directors, effective April 2025.
Tina Rogers Brown has over 25 years of leadership in technology manufacturing, cybersecurity, and corporate turnarounds. She is the President and Co-Founder of Vector Holding Group, a purpose-driven business consulting firm that partners with Fortune 500 clients on strategic transformation across their supply chains, marketplaces, and merchandising.
Previously, Tina served as Chief Operating Officer of Overland-Tandberg, a multi-national cybersecurity solutions company with a presence in over 90 countries. She started her career as an electrical engineer at AT&T, Texas Instruments, and Deloitte.
Tina is a passionate advocate for financial literacy and the leadership development of young girls. Her leadership philosophy—rooted in “Love Leadership”—combines corporate excellence with deep compassion, aiming to awaken full potential in people and organizations.
She holds an MBA from Wharton and engineering degrees from Stanford and Georgia Tech.
