Class XLV: Dialogue Across Differences

Earlier this month, the incoming Fellows Program cohort from Class XLV gathered for their first regular Friday session, Dialogue Across Differences. The group was hosted by classmate Jonathan Stroper in San Francisco at the office of Hanson Bridgett LLC.

At this inaugural convening, the Fellows engaged in dialogue centered around concepts from The Danger of a Single Story by novelist Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, The Power of  Bridging by john a. powell, and I Never Thought of it That Way, by Monica Guzman.

The group also continued the discussion of alignment from their orientation session in early April and added the concepts of “sorting” and “bridging” to more fully develop their self-awareness around our current practices of coming together across diverse perspectives.
