The Return From Gold Lake

The Fellows from Class XLV have returned from their unique and transformative week-long Wilderness Experience at Gold Lake in the Sierra Buttes! We’re certain the group is coming away from the time in the mountains with valuable takeaways and awesome memories.

Well done, Class XLV, and congrats on your remarkable achievement of joining the ranks of senior leaders who’ve embarked on similar ALF wilderness experiences over the last 30+ years! Your journey is truly inspiring.

Class XLV is nearing the halfway point with the completion of the July Wilderness Experience, and they’ll be looking forward to a more straightforward social gathering next month with family and significant others.

Curious about how Wilderness Experience fits within the broader ALF Fellows Program journey? ALF believes that spending time in nature is like a salve for the soul. For over two decades, ALF Fellows have unplugged for a week in the wilderness, participating in a series of individual and group challenges, dialogues, and reflection.
